- Collaborate with the Spa Director on special events and marketing campaigns
Requirements

- Strong background in membership and package sales
- Experience with POS and booking systems
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing sales data
- Exceptional ability to close sales and upsell services
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
