Responsibilities

• Co-lead, motivate, and unite the team of practitioners, receptionists, and staff
• Establish team schedules and manage organization
• Ensure compliance with partner brand treatment protocols and 5-star service standards (LQA and Forbes)
• Guarantee a VIP welcome and personalized follow-up for demanding local and international clientele
• Supervise reservation planning to optimize occupancy rates
• Rigorously control the cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas, and hygiene standards
• Drive revenue through the sale of treatments, subscriptions, and retail products
• Manage inventory for treatment and retail products and follow up on provider invoices

Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a 5-star establishment
• Experience in high-end luxury services
• Strong listening skills and pedagogical abilities
• Dynamic personality with an interest in professional challenges
• Ability to maintain discretion and a positive attitude
