Assistant Spa Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of practitioners and support change management in collaboration with the Spa Manager
• Supervise daily spa operations including reception, treatments, scheduling, and service quality
• Perform spa treatments during high-traffic periods
• Collaborate with medical, nutritional, and sports teams to implement integrated longevity programs
• Propose treatment offers and ensure adherence to protocols and hygiene standards
• Provide high-end, discreet, and personalized guest support following LQA and 5* standards
• Manage staff schedules and supplier orders/stock
• Monitor KPIs and drive financial objectives through challenges and revenue boosts

Requirements

• Management experience in a spa, high-end hospitality, or luxury wellness environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of service and detail
• Ability to motivate and develop team spirit
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and priority management
• Proficiency in French and English; a third language is a plus
