Assistant Softball Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Softball Coach in overseeing, organizing, and administering all aspects of a competitive NAIA softball program
• Perform duties during pre-season, in-season, and off-season practice sessions
• Support the team during intercollegiate competitions as assigned
• Manage administrative duties including conducting study halls and monitoring student-athlete class attendance
• Assist with team travel planning, equipment management, and room checks
• Engage in coaching, mentoring, and recruiting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of coaching experience at any level
• Proficient communication skills
• Strong time management and priority-setting skills
• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and dependability
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
