Assistant Softball Coach

Bachelor's Degree, 1-3 years collegiate playing or coaching experience, Valid Driver's License, Ability to work evenings and weekends
About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the NCAA Division III softball program with in-season practices, opponent scouting, and game preparation
- Play an active role in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting qualified prospective student-athletes
- Support the holistic development of student-athletes within a competitive intercollegiate environment
- Perform administrative duties as directed by the Athletic Administration
- Comply with all NCAA Division III, NEWMAC, and Wheaton College rules and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of collegiate playing or coaching experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the athletic schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- 1-3 years of specific collegiate coaching experience
