5+ years experience in Facilities Management, Leadership and team management skills, Experience managing SLAs and KPIs, Knowledge of health and safety standards, Valid UAE Driving License, Cleaning procedures and chemical knowledge
About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage soft services and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery
- Oversee cleaning operations, including staff supervision, training, and motivation
- Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all projects
- Manage cleaning schedules, equipment usage, and chemical inventory
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Soft Services
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within cleaning operations or hospitality
- Strong leadership, team management, and client management skills
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards
- Valid UAE Driving License is required
- Previous experience working in the UAE is preferred
