Assistant Site Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Design and execute online merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal trends
• Optimize product and collection presentation through appropriate categorization and attribution
• Monitor key metrics including click-through-rates (CTR) and add-to-cart (ATC)
• Collaborate with site operations, buying, and planning teams for product launches and promotions
• Research industry trends and competitive landscapes to improve customer navigation
• Implement SEO best practices in product descriptions and metadata
• Prepare and present analytics reports detailing merchandising performance and actionable insights

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce or visual merchandising
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and online visual merchandising
• Ability to interpret data sets and transform insights into recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
• High attention to detail regarding collection accuracy
