Assistant Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
• Supervise, train, and manage employee workflow
• Set clear expectations, goals, and deadlines for team members
• Provide constructive feedback and address conflicts promptly
• Help manage site financial targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail management role
• Experience in the Retail Trade industry
• Experience with inventory management and control
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures
• Experience with scheduling and payroll management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
