Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
- Supervise, train, and manage employee workflow
- Set clear expectations, goals, and deadlines for team members
- Manage site financial targets and ensure they are met
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
- Handle inventory management, control, and scheduling
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role
- Experience in the Retail Trade industry
- Experience with inventory management and control
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Experience with scheduling and payroll management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
