Assistant Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
• Supervise, train, and mentor employees to ensure full potential
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
• Oversee daily workflow and set clear expectations for team members
• Manage site financial targets and ensure they are met
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers
• Provide constructive feedback and address team conflicts promptly

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail management role
• Experience in the Retail Trade industry
• Experience with inventory management and control
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures
• Experience with scheduling and payroll management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
