Assistant Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to partners and customers
• Acknowledge and process electronic part requests via the IBS HUB computer system
• Fulfill workorder requests by utilizing approved IBS vendors
• Locate assets in the shop to identify VINs, serial numbers, or part numbers
• Assist in receiving stock orders, including barcoding and shelving items
• Manage inventory protection and asset management to minimize shrinkage
• Operate delivery vehicles to pick up or drop off items as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness of the site, stock room, and surrounding areas

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to obtain TWIC / Port of Tampa clearance (paid by NAPA)
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
• Ability to lift and move parts and boxes up to 60 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder
• Ability to operate moving aids such as hand trucks, carts, dollies, or forklifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of parts for Refuse, Fire, EMS, Automotive, Heavy Duty, Transit, Agricultural, GSE, Marine, or Industrial industries
• Experience sourcing hard-to-find items using internet searches, catalogs, or blueprints

NAPA IBS is an onsite Single Source Supply Chain Management program. We procure and manage parts, tires, bulk fluids, and other non-automotive inventory for customers including Airlines, City and County governments, Transit, and private fleets.
