Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads
• Drive results in specific focus areas or shifts through effective scheduling and inventory management
• Analyze data to make strategic recommendations regarding resource allocation and workflow
• Coach the team to ensure high order accuracy and fulfillment speed
• Tackle onsite escalations and coordinate with cross-functional partners
• Build and maintain a safety-first culture within the distribution center

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, or Fulfillment
• 1+ years of experience managing a team
• Proven experience managing high-performance teams of 5+ employees
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late-night and weekend hours
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
