Assistant Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads
• Hire, coach, and develop high-performing team members
• Drive results in specific focus areas or shifts through effective scheduling
• Execute inventory management processes and deploy best practices
• Analyze data to make strategic recommendations regarding resource allocation and workflow
• Coach the team to ensure high order accuracy and fulfillment speed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, or Fulfillment
• 1+ years of experience managing a team
• Proven ability to manage high-performance teams of 5+ employees
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas and pivot tables)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late-night and weekend hours
