DoorDash is a technology and logistics company looking for team members to help expand our reach into all types of goods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, focusing on hiring, coaching, and development
• Drive results in specific focus areas or shifts through effective scheduling and inventory management
• Analyze data to make strategic recommendations regarding resource allocation and workflow
• Execute process improvement projects and manage onsite escalations
• Ensure high-quality customer experience by monitoring order accuracy and fulfillment speed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, or Fulfillment
• 1+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ employees
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late-night and weekend hours
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
