Responsibilities
- Demonstrate industry leading selling and service behaviors to build strong customer loyalty
- Provide ongoing coaching and redirection to team members to maintain expectations
- Personally achieve individual sales and client activity goals
- Take lead on customer escalations and resolve difficult situations
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and team progress to plan
- Maintain store standards and protect the brand
- Stay aware of current jewelry trends and competition
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service or sales background
- Prior management experience in retail
- Proven track record of increasing personal sales volume
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately
