Assistant Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop toward achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals through excellent service and efficient daily routines
• Act as the Shop Manager's right hand, taking on management responsibilities when necessary
• Support and coach colleagues to help them reach their full potential and develop their skills
• Foster a positive, trust-based work culture built on constructive feedback and teamwork

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
• Proficiency with retail systems
• Fluency in both Finnish and English
• Must be at least 18 years old
