Assistant Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store results through excellent customer service and productive collaboration
• Act as the Shop Manager's right hand and take over responsibilities when needed
• Support colleagues to reach their full potential through coaching and development
• Build a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail or customer service role
• Strong ability to coach and develop a team
• Solution-oriented with a sense of ownership
• Collaborative, attentive, and communicative
• Good computer and data literacy
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Must be 18 years of age or older
