About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive store results by ensuring excellent customer service and productive collaboration
- Act as the Shop Manager's right hand and take over responsibilities when needed
- Support colleagues in reaching their full potential through coaching and development
- Build a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail or customer service role
- Strong ability to coach and develop a team
- Solution-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership
- Collaborative, attentive, and communicative
- Good system and data skills
- Fluency in Danish and English
- Must be 18 years of age or older
