Assistant Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store results by ensuring excellent customer service, productive collaboration, and efficient daily routines
• Act as the Shop Manager's right hand and take full responsibility for the store when required
• Support and coach colleagues to help them reach their full potential and develop their skills
• Serve as a positive role model and help build a trust-based, positive work culture
• Foster an environment where team members enjoy working and customers love to shop

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Proficiency in digital systems
• Fluency in both Finnish and English
• Minimum of 18 years of age
