Assistant Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals through excellent service and efficient daily routines
• Act as the right hand to the Shop Manager, taking full responsibility for the shop when required
• Support and coach colleagues to help them reach their full potential and develop their skills
• Serve as a positive role model and help build a culture of trust and constructive feedback
• Ensure a welcoming shopping environment where both colleagues and customers feel valued

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Proficiency with retail systems
• Fluent in both Finnish and English
• Minimum of 18 years of age
