Assistant Shift Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead an operator team in collaboration with the Shift Activity Coordinator
• Ensure production operations comply with safety rules and production priorities
• Manage manufacturing chains, including monitoring and entering parameters into the control system
• Record production data in SAP and maintain detailed logs in the Logbook
• Perform in-process laboratory analyses to validate production steps and adjust parameters
• Conduct final analyses and assign quality codes for granules
• Coordinate the startup and shutdown of manufacturing units during shifts
• Perform first-level maintenance and conduct GMISS inspections
• Propose and develop checklists to improve unit safety and performance

Requirements

• BTS Chemistry/CAIC degree or 10+ years of experience in the chemical industry
• Strong knowledge of chemical risks and elementary chemical reactions (acid/base, pH, etc.)
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Windows environments
• Valid CACES type 3 forklift license
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
