Assistant Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large multidisciplinary catering and village services teams.
• Oversee village services, catering operations, accommodation, and housekeeping.
• Ensure high-quality hospitality service delivery and operational performance.
• Drive workforce planning, rostering, and resource management.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site leadership.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor performance through reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing large catering and village services teams.
• Proven leadership experience in remote sites, camps, hospitality, or accommodation environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work long shifts (up to 11 hours) in remote environments and extreme weather.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
• Physical fitness suitable for remote site operations.
