Responsibilities
- Welcome and respond to telephone calls from clients and internal services
- Process client emails regarding information requests and complaints
- Record and track client complaints
- Verify necessary information such as invoices, products, and batches to process files
- Participate in dispute analysis and propose solutions with relevant teams
- Inform clients about the status of their requests
- Perform simple credit notes related to complaints
- Follow up on files to ensure rapid resolution
- Escalate significant issues to the quality department
- Respect internal customer service procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting recurring problems
Requirements
- Preparing a Bac +2/3 degree in commerce, sales, or customer relations
- Demonstrable commitment and curiosity
- Strong sense of initiative
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in office automation tools
