Responsibilities

  • Welcome and respond to telephone calls from clients and internal services
  • Process client emails regarding information requests and complaints
  • Record and track client complaints
  • Verify necessary information such as invoices, products, and batches to process files
  • Participate in dispute analysis and propose solutions with relevant teams
  • Inform clients about the status of their requests
  • Perform simple credit notes related to complaints
  • Follow up on files to ensure rapid resolution
  • Escalate significant issues to the quality department
  • Respect internal customer service procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting recurring problems

Requirements

  • Preparing a Bac +2/3 degree in commerce, sales, or customer relations
  • Demonstrable commitment and curiosity
  • Strong sense of initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency in office automation tools
