About the role
Responsibilities
- Co-pilot the Nanterre service center to develop profitability and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies in the workshop and at intervention sites.
- Co-manage the team by setting objectives, conducting meetings, and implementing corrective action plans.
- Support HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of employees.
- Manage the point of sale by maintaining brand standards and driving commercial attractiveness.
- Oversee administrative management of the center in accordance with internal procedures.
- Assume the functions of the Service Center Manager in their absence.
Requirements
- Bac+3 degree in a commercial or business-related field.
- At least 5 years of successful experience in profit center management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong customer orientation and business acumen.
- Proficiency with digital tools and office software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work rigorously within a team.
