About the role

Responsibilities

  • Co-pilot the Nanterre service center to develop profitability and commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies in the workshop and at intervention sites.
  • Co-manage the team by setting objectives, conducting meetings, and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Support HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of employees.
  • Manage the point of sale by maintaining brand standards and driving commercial attractiveness.
  • Oversee administrative management of the center in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Assume the functions of the Service Center Manager in their absence.

Requirements

  • Bac+3 degree in a commercial or business-related field.
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in profit center management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong customer orientation and business acumen.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work rigorously within a team.
