Responsibilities
- Provide sales leadership and floor execution including ups management
- Support customer experience and guest needs
- Manage inventory, promotion control, and cash handling
- Oversee facilities and building standards
- Lead culture management and team communication through huddles
- Manage store operations, training, and performance
- Report on KPIs and participate in management meetings
- Handle bedding and protection finance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- 2+ years in retail or retail leadership roles
