Responsibilities

  • Provide sales leadership and floor execution including ups management
  • Support customer experience and guest needs
  • Manage inventory, promotion control, and cash handling
  • Oversee facilities and building standards
  • Lead culture management and team communication through huddles
  • Manage store operations, training, and performance
  • Report on KPIs and participate in management meetings
  • Handle bedding and protection finance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree
  • 2+ years in retail or retail leadership roles
