Assistant Security Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Help supervise operations of an assigned client site on assigned shifts
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching
• Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
• Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities, and patrols
• Review incident reports and coordinate preliminary investigations
• Maintain access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems
• Conduct general patrols of the property in various weather conditions
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of prior experience as a security officer or in a directly related field
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid security license (if required by state) and driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs
