About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems
- Supervise contract security teams to ensure high performance and client service standards
- Assist with damage/loss investigations, CCTV reviews, and emergency response
- Assess security risks in public areas and monitor security coverage
- Coordinate security for events, sales, and offsite exhibitions, particularly for high-value property
- Provide professional security escort services for staff and property
- Monitor health and safety compliance, including first aid deployment and incident investigation
- Conduct regular premises inspections and maintain fire safety equipment
- Coordinate annual fire drills and prepare management reports
Requirements
- Degree level or equivalent
- At least 3 years of related security experience
- Knowledge of security and fire inspection procedures
- Proficiency in computer systems and security/alarm software
- Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
- Ability to read and write Traditional Chinese
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage emergencies
- Willingness to travel as required
