Assistant Sales Ops & Data

Responsibilities

• Support the management and optimization of sales tools used by commercial teams
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product catalogs
• Assist users with tool functionality and resolve daily operational issues
• Act as a liaison between sales teams and IT departments
• Participate in the deployment of new digital features and tools
• Draft user documentation and facilitate training sessions
• Ensure data quality and accuracy within CRM and sales management systems
• Manage user access and maintain tool management rules

Requirements

• Bac +2/+3 degree in Information Systems, IT, Data, or Management
• Recent graduate (previous internship or apprenticeship experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in office tools, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Strong interest in digital tools, data management, and commercial environments
• Highly organized with a strong sense of rigor and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
