Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations
• Manage assigned sales territory or industry sector to maximize revenue
• Draft, review, and process sales agreements and service contracts
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Support, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure achievement of targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Prepare, analyze, and present detailed sales performance reports to management
• Assist in setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Contribute to sales forecasting and planning of future business initiatives
• Gather and analyze customer feedback for service improvements
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and logistics teams
• Track sales KPIs and analyze performance trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales
• Proven supervisory experience
