About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute specification tracking and conversion to meet project sales and business development goals
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, key accounts, and government bodies
- Ensure compliance with specifications and tenders in projects
- Promote MYK Laticrete solutions through technical presentations, site visits, and training programs
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support project execution
- Maintain detailed reports on specifications, conversions, and engagement activities
- Act as a pilot for new innovations and products, driving specifications, approvals, and market rollout
- Achieve monthly and yearly targets set by management for all products
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in project sales
- Graduate degree, preferably BTech in Civil Engineering or MBA in Marketing
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Salesforce
- Fluency in English
