About the role

Responsibilities

  • Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch
  • Perform appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties
  • Identify potential business opportunities and refer to appropriate divisions
  • Ensure high quality of customer care and meet/exceed targets
  • Register, qualify, and manage applicants
  • Arrange and conduct viewing appointments to secure property sales
  • Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
  • Assist with the management of the team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Senior Sales position with a proven track record
  • Experience in listing and valuation
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Tenacity and self-starter attitude
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships
