Responsibilities
- Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch
- Appraise and instruct residential sales properties
- Identify potential business opportunities and refer to appropriate divisions
- Ensure high quality of customer care
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Register, qualify, and manage applicants
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments to secure property sales
- Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
- Assist with the management of the team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Senior Sales position
- Proven track record in securing new business
- Experience in listing and valuations
- Excellent sales and negotiation ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Tenacity and self-starter attitude
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships
