Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily performance of the Acquisition team to drive new corporate sign-ups, activations, and revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline by ensuring high-quality lead generation through outbound, inbound, and channel marketing activities.
• Monitor deal progression, including scoping, solution design, and quoting accuracy.
• Guide the Business Development Associate in producing sales enablement materials and supporting the acquisition funnel.
• Manage and coach the BD Associate and Acquisition Lead to grow corporate client segments in volume and quality.
• Drive strategic optimization of KPIs and ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy for all reporting.
• Conduct weekly reviews to assess performance gaps and deploy corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills with the ability to interpret pipeline metrics and performance trends.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing individuals.
• Willingness to work onsite daily at our office in Parañaque City.
• Ability to travel for client meetings, partner engagements, and company events as required.
