Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Sales Acquisition team to identify leads and pitch services to new clients
• Strategize for local business development opportunities to drive growth
• Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing retention and growth
• Represent the company in local business partnerships and speaking engagements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding team performance and targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams
• Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise relationship management
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, sales tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Ability to work onsite at the Lalamove Pampanga Hub on a daily basis
• Willingness to travel for business as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing industries
• A strong existing professional network to assist in expanding the business
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets
