About the role

Responsibilities

  • Strategize for local business development opportunities in the Pampanga region
  • Lead the Acquisition team in gathering high-quality accounts
  • Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth and retention
  • Represent the company in local business partnerships and speaking engagements
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding team performance and regional growth

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams
  • Strong data analytic skills to drive decision-making
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets
  • Great industry knowledge and a strategic approach to sales professional management
  • Ability to work onsite at the Lalamove Pampanga Hub on a daily basis
  • Willingness to travel for business as required
