About the role
Responsibilities
- Strategize for local business development opportunities in the Pampanga region
- Lead the Acquisition team in gathering high-quality accounts
- Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth and retention
- Represent the company in local business partnerships and speaking engagements
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding team performance and regional growth
Requirements
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams
- Strong data analytic skills to drive decision-making
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets
- Great industry knowledge and a strategic approach to sales professional management
- Ability to work onsite at the Lalamove Pampanga Hub on a daily basis
- Willingness to travel for business as required
