About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and drive achievement of sales targets for assigned business segments
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and improve conversion rates
- Lead, mentor, and guide Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Manage key customer relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Drive alternate sales channels including residence visits, show flats, and customer engagement events
- Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with interior designers, operations, and customer experience teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management
- Experience managing sales teams or mentoring sales professionals
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
