Responsibilities
- Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process
- Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists
- Work closely with retail partners to ensure sales quotas are exceeded
- Set daily goals, coach and develop team to improve performance
- Maintain exceptional visual brand standards at all times
- Act as a style advisor to every customer
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in flagship level retail sales, clienteling, hospitality, or store management
- Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and interest in eyewear
- Proven experience driving results through CRM and store events
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through KPIs
- Proven success with training, coaching, and developing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
