About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the remote inside sales team to convert inbound leads
- Set and track monthly performance targets including conversion rates and booking volumes
- Provide regular training and coaching to improve sales conversation quality
- Optimize sales-operations and sales-finance workflows for better efficiency
- Gather customer insights to provide feedback on property design and amenities
- Lead Customer Success Associates with a focus on upselling and tenant retention
- Analyze churn data and implement strategies to reduce tenant move-outs
- Oversee tenant compliance and documentation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in team leadership or management within sales or customer success
- Experience managing inside sales teams and setting KPIs
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data and trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in coliving, hospitality, or real estate industry
- Prior experience with Front, Twilio, THM, or Matterport
