Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services between the Lobby Bar, Room Service, and guest amenities
• Assist the Manager in operational organization and ensuring high-end client experiences
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and quality rules (HACCP standards)
• Monitor financial performance through stock management, billing, and cost control of amenities
• Supervise and motivate teams to maintain operational excellence and team cohesion

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage high-pressure service environments
• Strong leadership and proximity management skills
• Fluency in English for international clientele
• Ability to manage priorities and find solutions for last-minute requests
• Previous managerial experience in a 5-star or Palace establishment (Assistant Room Service Manager, Maître d'Hôtel, or Senior Chef de Rang) is highly preferred
