Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to drive high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop strategic relationships to identify customer business goals and deliver appropriate value proposition sales solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals.
- Maintain and monitor sales pipelines and metrics, performing analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Align supplier strategies with customer needs to maximize profitable growth and expansion.
- Manage profitability by minimizing profit leaks and maximizing gross profit.
- Lead negotiations on medium-sized, complex accounts and plan territory approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven expertise in managing complex sales environments and high-value accounts.
- Strong understanding of business financials, market trends, and product/service lifecycles.
