Assistant Sales Manager (Acquisition)

Responsibilities

• Drive target achievement across new sign-ups, activations, and new revenue streams
• Oversee the Acquisition Team and Business Development Associate to ensure high-quality pipeline creation
• Manage direct reports to grow client segments in both volume and account quality
• Monitor deal progression, ensuring timely follow-ups, solution design, and quoting accuracy
• Coordinate B2B marketing, industry partnerships, and sales enablement materials like pitch decks and case studies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, CS, and Driver Operations to drive commercial excellence
• Improve sales SOPs, industry-specific playbooks, and onboarding processes for corporate clients
• Ensure CRM hygiene and perform weekly reviews to assess performance gaps and deploy corrective actions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in a leadership capacity
• Proven ability to lead teams, provide feedback, and support subordinates
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market and manage stress and conflict effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
