Assistant Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer meetings and pre-sale consultations
• Prepare quotes for cabling projects and hosted phone deployments
• Coordinate internal resources for pre-installation walk-throughs
• Support equipment readiness and deployment preparation
• Partner with internal technical teams to support hosted phone installations
• Maintain communication between sales and operations teams
• Review post-install documentation and coordinate follow-up items
• Assist with order entry and service order processing in iVUE Connect

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in telecommunications, technical sales support, or technology coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hosted phone systems and/or PBX platforms
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• iVUE Connect experience
