About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer meetings and pre-sale consultations
- Prepare quotes for cabling projects and hosted phone deployments
- Coordinate internal resources for pre-installation walk-throughs
- Support equipment readiness and deployment preparation
- Partner with internal technical teams to support hosted phone installations
- Maintain communication between sales and operations teams
- Review post-install documentation and coordinate follow-up items
- Assist with order entry and service order processing in iVUE Connect
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in telecommunications, technical sales support, or technology coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hosted phone systems and/or PBX platforms
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- iVUE Connect experience
