Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the project’s safety program and promoting a zero-accident culture
• Monitor daily construction activities for compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
• Support safety inspections and help identify and correct deficiencies in the field
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and assist with training sessions on topics such as fall protection, confined space, and OSHA requirements
• Collaborate with project teams and trade partners to ensure safety compliance and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, safety management, or a related field
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills
• Ability to identify and resolve safety issues effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or prior experience in construction or engineering environment
• Formal safety training, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and knowledge of fall protection, excavation, and confined space protocols
• Professional safety certifications (e.g., CSP, CHSP)
• Willingness to relocate for project assignments and career growth opportunities
