Assistant RH Généraliste - Apprentissage

Responsibilities

• Support skill development by organizing training actions, managing the training catalog, and assisting in the talent review process
• Manage time and activity tracking, including correcting ADP software anomalies and monitoring absences and temporary staff
• Handle personnel administration such as scheduling medical visits, managing work medals, and processing expense reports
• Assist in recruitment by drafting and publishing job advertisements on the ATS and conducting pre-qualification interviews
• Support HRIS activities through employee data updates, reporting, and assisting in the deployment of HR solutions
• Participate in the organization of professional elections (CSE)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree in HR or an equivalent program
• At least 6 months of previous experience in an HR role
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Intermediate English level (B1)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, rigorous, and committed mindset
