About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative aspects of internal and external training sessions
- Handle phone calls and welcome trainees
- Process registration requests and issue appointment notices for trainers
- Manage relationships with training organizations, including contracts and closing files
- Handle summons, certificates, and satisfaction surveys
- Update and close files for each training session
- Manage room reservations, supply stock, and catering orders
Requirements
- BAC+2 degree in HR Assistance
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SharePoint and other office tools
- Strong autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
