Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Lead, train, and provide feedback to the team to support their professional growth
• Manage inventory and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Assist with roster management to ensure optimal store coverage
• Foster a positive, safe, and fun working environment for all staff and customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• A strong passion for fashion and current trends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays
