Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Help the Store Manager achieve sales and KPIs while maintaining a fun, customer-focused atmosphere
• Support the team through training, feedback, and coaching to encourage professional growth
• Manage inventory and assist with visual merchandising to keep the store looking fabulous
• Work with the Store Manager to create a positive, safe, and inclusive working environment
• Assist with roster management to ensure optimal staffing levels to meet customer demand

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail with a leadership or supervisory background
• A strong passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to support sales goals and coach team members toward success
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays
