Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and driving KPIs
• Coach and provide guidance to the team to ensure high performance
• Manage day-to-day operations including stock management and store maintenance
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store presentation is on point
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• A passion for streetwear and delivering top-notch customer service
• Experience with visual merchandising is preferred
• Availability for weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays
