Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering personalised customer experiences
• Coach and develop the team, providing regular feedback to enhance performance
• Manage daily operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation
• Perform Store Manager duties when required, including opening and closing the store

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a fashion retail environment
• Confidence in providing coaching and feedback to team members
• A strong passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of loss prevention and health and safety practices
• Experience in visual merchandising is highly regarded
