Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional growth
• Oversee daily operations including stock control and store presentation
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a safe and inclusive work environment
• Manage visual merchandising to ensure high store standards

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a customer service environment
• Proven experience in driving sales and achieving KPIs
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach a team to success
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in visual merchandising
